Thursday’s Double Feature: Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes Cards

The Heart & Home Suite in the new January-June 2022 Mini Catalog is full of fabulous products. For this Thursday’s Double Feature I’ve created two cards using the Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes. I also used both of the suite’s stamp sets, the DSP, and the doilies to create the cards. Start with the smaller Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes card base. Cut a Cinnamon Cider cs and a Heart & Home DSP. Glue them to the card base.

Cut a Basic White cs sentiment panel and Cinnamon Cider cs sentiment panel layer. Stamp the sentiment from the Honeybee Home stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cs sentiment panel. Glue the sentiment panel to the Cinnamon Cider cs sentiment panel layer. Snip off a three loop piece of Heart & Home Doily and glue it to the bottom of the sentiment panels so the white side shows. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment panels to the card front in the bottom left corner of the card base.

Stamp a bee from the Honeybee Home stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cs. Color the bee with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to it’s wings. Use paper snips to fussy cut out the bee and then use a Stampin’ Dimensional to add it to the top right corner of the sentiment panels. Add a Classic Matte Dot to the sentiment panel.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to add stability and to write your message. I also added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Card Measurements:
Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes card base – 6 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ scored at 3 1/4″.
Cinnamon Cider cs layer panel – 3″ x 4″.
Heart & Home DSP panel – 2 3/4″x 3 3/4″plus two 1/4″ x 2 3/4″ strips.
Basic White cs sentiment panel – 1″ x 1 1/2″.
Cinnamon Cider cs sentiment layer panel – 1 1/4″ x 1 3/4″.
Heart & Home doily – cut to show 3 loops turned upside down so the white side shows.
Basic White cs bee – fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 3″ x 4″.
DSP = Designer Series Paper

Start with the larger Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes card base. Cut a Heart & Home DSP panel and a Basic White cs image panel. Glue the DSP panel to the card base. Stamp the large flower from the Blessings of Home stamp set on the Basic White cs image panel in Memento Black ink. Color the flower image with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the flowers centers. Use glue to add a Misty Moonlight Doily to the top left corner of the image panel and then glue them to the card front.

Cut a Basic White cs sentiment panel and a Misty Moonlight cs sentiment panel layer. Stamp the sentiment from Blessings of Home stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cs sentiment panel. Glue the sentiment panel to the Misty Moonlight cs panel and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to the bottom right corner of the card base overlapping the image panel & DSP panel.

Stamp the bee from the Honeybee Home stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cs. Color the bee with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the bee’s wings. Fussy cut out the bee with paper snips and use a Stampin’ Dimensional to add it to the card front. Add Rhinestones to the card front around the flowers for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to add stability and to write your message. I stamped the sentiment and also added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Heart & Home DSP panel – 6″ x 4″ plus two 6″ x 1″ strips.

Basic White cs sentiment panel – 3/4″ x 2″.
Misty Moonlight cs sentiment layer panel – 1″ x 2 1/4″.
Basic White cs bee – fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 6″ x 4″
