Stampin’ Up!® Thank You March 2021 Blog Hop Butterfly Bouquet Cards

Welcome and Thank you for visiting Christy’s Stamping Spot! I’m Christy and I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. I’m excited to be taking part in Bruno and Kylie Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop with this fabulous group of Demonstrators from around the world!

Each month I make & send Customer Thank You Cards for everyone who orders from my Online Store. I created this month’s card with the gorgeous Butterfly Bijou DSP and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper. The Butterfly Bijou DSP & Natural Touch Specialty Paper are apart of the available now Butterfly Bouquet and are only available through May 3rd or while supplies last. Start with a Blushing Bride cs card base. Cut the Butterfly Bijou DSP panel, Mint Macaron cs panel, and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper strip. Dry emboss the Mint Macaron cs panel with the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder. Glue the embossed Mint Macaron cs panel to the left side of the card base. Glue the Butterfly Bijou DSP panel to the right side of the card base slightly overlapping the embossed Mint Macaron cs panel. Glue the Natural Touch Specialty Paper strip down the transition between the embossed panel and DSP.

Cut the Basic White cs sentiment panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Mint Macaron ink on Basic White cs sentiment panel. Glue the sentiment panel to lower left side of the card front overlapping the Natural Touch Specialty Paper and embossed Mint Macaron cs.

Die cut out butterflies from the Butterfly Bijou DSP with the Brilliant Wings dies. Add Wink of Stella to the butterfly’s wings. Use glue dots to attach the butterfly to the card front so that one wing slightly overlaps the sentiment panel. Add Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to the butterfly.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Mint Macaron ink, added a strip of DSP, and a fussy cut DSP butterfly to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Butterfly Bijou DSP Panel – 5 1/4″ x 3″ plus two strips 1/2″ x 3″
Embossed Mint Macaron cs panel – 5 1/4″ x 1 1/4″
Natural Touch Specialty Paper strip – 5 1/4″ x 1/2″
Basic White cs sentiment panel – 3/4″ x 2 1/8″
Butterfly Bijou DSP butterflies – die cut out with the Brilliant Wings Dies plus 2 fussy cut with paper snips.
