Sending Smiles Bundle & Cottage Wreaths Card

For this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge I created a lovely card using the Sending Smiles bundle, the Cottage Wreath stamp set, and the Host Design a Daydream Designer Series Paper.

Start with a Calypso Coral cardstock card base. Cut an Old Olive cardstock panel and a Design a Daydream Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels together and then to the card base. Wrap the front of the card base with a Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon and tie it into a knot.

Die cut a Basic White cardstock stitched Circle with the Stylish Shapes dies. Stamp the leaf wreath image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink & Old Olive ink on the stitched circle. Stamp the branch wreath from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Soft Suede ink. Stamp the small flowers image from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on the stamped wreath. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for extra sparkle. Die cut out a Calypso Coral cardstock word with the Sending dies. Add the stitched circle wreath to the right side of the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add the die cut word above and slightly overlapping the wreath with glue.

Stamp the sentiment from the Sending Smiles stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on Basic White cardstock. Die cut out the sentiment with the Sending dies. Add the sentiment label with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals across the stitched circle. Add Champagne rhinestones to the wreath and Adhesive-Backed Seasonal Sequins to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cardstock inside panel. Add a stirp of Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper and stamp a leaf sprig image from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set and the flowers image from the Sending Smiles stamp set on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Basic White cs sentiment label – die cut with the Sending dies.
Basic White cs inside panel – 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″.
