Magic & Wonder Kindest Gnomes Card

The Storybrook Gnomes Suite is one of my favorite suites in the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog. I love these super cute gnomes, mushroom houses, and critters included in the stamp set and the StoryBook Gnomes Designer Series Paper. There are a few beautiful sheets of snowflake Designer Series Paper that are perfect for winter and Christmas cards.

Start with a Starry Sky cardstock card base. Cut a Balmy Blue cardstock panel and a Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels together and then wrap the panels with Natural Finish ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends on the back of the panels. Die cut two Vellum cardstock snowflakes (with the smaller snowflake that doesn’t cut all the way through in the middle of the larger outline snowflake) with the Frosted Flurry dies. Use glue to add the Vellum cardstock snowflakes to the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon. Add a Wonderful Snowflake with glue to the card front overlapping the Vellum cardstock snowflakes.

Die cut out a mushroom house from the Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper with the Gnomes dies. Stamp the gnome from the Kindest Gnomes stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Die cut out the gnome with the Gnomes dies. Color the die cut gnome with Stampin’ Blends. Fussy cut out mushrooms from the Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper. Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Joyful Flurry stamp set in Starry Sky ink on the sentiment panel.

Add the mushroom house to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals overlapping the wrapped ribbon and snowflakes. Add the sentiment panel to the bottom left of the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon and mushroom house. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue dots to add the mushrooms around the sentiment panel. Add the gnome to the bottom of the card front slightly overlapping the sentiment panel and mushroom house. Add Wink of Stella to all the images for sparkle. Fussy cut two snowflakes from the Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper and add them to the gnome’s hat with glue dots. Add For Everything Fancy Sequins with glue dots to the gnome hat, the sentiment panel, and the card front for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Joyful Flurry stamp set in Starry Sky ink, add a Designer Series Paper strip ,and add fussy cut mushrooms to the inside and back the card to pull theme through.
