Fancy Flora DSP Thank You Card

We are coming to the end of this current 2022-2023 Annual Catalog and that means we will be saying good-bye to the 2021-2023 In Colors. Soft Succulent will be hard to say good-bye to so I’m using it in a set of three cards made with the gorgeous Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper. This first card lets my favorite piece of the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper do all the work – combining Soft Suede with Soft Succulent with the lovely Soft Succulent Satin Shimmer ribbon. I used the images and sentiments from two 2022-2023 Annual Catalog favorites – the Art Gallery stamp set and the True Beauty stamp set.

Start with a Soft Suede cardstock card base. Cut a Soft Succulent cardstock panel and a Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper panel. Add Wink of Stella to the flower centers on the Designer Series Paper panel for sparkle. Glue the panels together and then wrap them with the Soft Succulent Satin Shimmer ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends to the back of the panels. Glue the wrapped panels to the card base.

Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment banner. Stamp the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set in Soft Succulent ink on the sentiment banner. Use paper snips to cut the ends of the banner at a diagonal. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment banner on the bottom right of the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon.

Tie a bow with the Soft Succulent Satin Shimmer ribbon. Use glue dots to add the bow to the left side of the card front on the wrapped ribbon. Add Solid Faceted Gems to the card base.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel. Stamp the rose image from the True Beauty stamp set in 2nd generation (stamped off) Soft Suede ink on the bottom left of the inside panel. Blend the browns with the Medium Stampin’ Blends. Stamp the small overlay image from the Art Gallery stamp set in Soft Succulent ink below the rose. Stamp the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set in Soft Succulent ink to the bottom right of the inside panel. Add a strip of Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Soft Suede cs card base – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″.
Soft Succulent cs panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″.
Fancy Flora DSP panel – 5″ x 3 3/4″ plus two 1/2″ x 4″ strips.
Basic White cs sentiment banner – 3/5″ x 1 5/8″ ends cut at a diagonal with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
