Vintage Country Floral Butterfly Facebook Live Card

I love the new Sale-A-Bration Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. After seeing Mary Fish’s Anniversary card I knew I wanted to make a vintage version with Blushing Bride and Crumb Cake during my Facebook Live. I started with a Very Vanilla cs cardbase. I ran a piece of Crumb Cake with the Subtle embossing folder through the Big Shot to add more texture to the layer. To create the Blushing Bride layer I first crumpled the cardstock into a ball and spritzed it with a bit of water. I then unballed the cardstock and ran it through the Big Shot with the new Sale-A-Bration Country Floral embossing folder. I then used a dauber with Blushing Bride ink to apply ink to the edges of the cardstock and to the top of the raised images.

I wrapped the embossed Blushing Bride layer 3 times with the Linen Thread and tied a bow. Then I used the upcoming Sale-A-Bration Coordination Lily framelit dies to cut out a Very Vanilla layer and a Blushing Bride layer. I stamped the Very Vanilla layer with the sentiment from the Varied Vases stamp set in Blushing Bride. I used the upcoming Story Label Punch to punch out a Crumb Cake layer. Before building and attaching the sentiment layer, I applied Blushing Bride ink to the sides of the cardstock with the dauber.

I used the Butterfly Duet punch to cut out a black and white butterfly from the Sale-A-Bration Botanical Butterfly DSP. I applied the Blushing Bride ink to the entire butterfly with the dauber and attached it with glue dots. To finish the card front I added to Clear Epoxy Droplets that I colored with the dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend.

Don’t forget to stamp the back of your card and I added a strip of embossed Blushing Bride cardstock to the inside & the back to pull through the theme.
