On Point Card –

Start with a Soft Sea Foam cardstock card base. Cut a Sunshine & Rainbows DSP panel and glue it to the card front. Die cut a Basic White cs stitched rectangle with the Stitched Rectangles dies.

Stamp the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Memento Black ink at the top of the Basic White cs stitched rectangle. Stamp the pot from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Soft Suede ink on the lower right side of the stitched rectangle. Stamp the foliage image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set directly above the pot in Granny Apple Green ink. Then rotate slightly and stamp again in 2nd generation Granny Apple Green ink (stamped off) twice to fill in & create the plant. Punch three flowers from the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP with the Cactus Builder punch. Use glue dots to attach the flowers to the plant.

Stamp the pot with the three diamonds image from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Gray Granite ink on Basic White cs. Punch out the pot with the Cactus Builder punch (line up the top & bottom). Then use paper snips to cut off the excess on the sides of the pot and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add it to the card front slightly overlapping the first stamped pot.

Stamp three cactus leaves from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in full & 2nd generation (stamped off) Granny Apple Green ink on Basic White cardstock. Punch out each cactus leaf with the Cactus Builder punch. Use glue dots to attach the first two cactus leaves and a Stampin’ Dimensional for the third cactus leaf to the card front slightly tucking the first leaf into pot, the second leaf into the first leaf and the last leaf into the second leaf. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers and cactus spins for extra sparkle. Glue the built stitched rectangle to the center of the card front.

Add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Nuts About Squirrels stamp set in Memento Black ink and add a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Just a Note Card –

Start with a Just Jade cardstock card base. Cut a Simply Marbleous DSP panel and glue it to the card front. Die cut a Basic White cs scalloped stitched rectangle with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Stamp the pot from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Early Espresso ink to the center bottom of the scalloped stitched rectangle. Stamp a second pot in Early Espresso ink on Basic White cs and then use paper snips to fussy cut it out.

Stamp the cactus from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Just Jade ink slightly overlapping the stamped pot on the scalloped stitched rectangle. Add the fussy cut pot over the stamped pot with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Wrap the top of the pot with Linen Thread twice and tie in a small bow. Color Iridescent rhinestones with the Dark Just Jade Stampin’ Blend and then add them to the cactus for extra sparkle.
