Stampin’ Up! Happy Father’s Day Card

The gorgeous Beauty of the Earth DSP is perfect for any nature themed card. I made this lovely but simple Father’s Day card using a DSP panel, a die cut tree, and added speckles of ink to the sentiment circle with my Stampin’ Blends.

Start with a Misty Moonlight cs card base. Cut the Night of Navy cs panel and the Beauty of the Earth DSP panel and glue them to the card base. Die cut out a Night of Navy cs tree with the Beautiful Trees dies and a Misty Moonlight cs swirly label with the Painted Labels dies. Glue the Misty Moonlight cs swirly label slightly below center on the left side of the card base. Glue the die cut tree to the card front overlapping the right side of the swirly label.

Die cut out a Basic White cs circle with the Layering Circles Dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Better Places stamp set in Night of Navy ink on the die cut circle. Add speckles of ink by gently flicking the Stampin’ Blend brush tips using their caps to the stamped die cut circle. Use Stampin’ Seal to loop the Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine to the back of the stamped die cut circle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the die cut circle onto the Misty Moonlight cs swirly label. Add 2020-2022 In Color Square Gems.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Handsomely Suited stamp set in Night of Navy ink and add a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
