Magnolia Mood With The Hello, Irresistible DSP Card

The beautiful Magnolia Mood bundle is an Online Exclusives that is only available in my Online Store. I love the detailed Distinkive images. When I created this card, the Online Exclusive Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper was on low inventory but has since sold out. You can substitute a sheet of the Pretty Peacock Regals Designer Series Paper or other Designer Series Paper with the Pretty Peacock color.

Start with a Pretty Peacock card base. Cut a Basic White cardstock panel and a Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels together and then wrap them with the White Diagonal trim using Tear & Tape to secure the ends on the back of the panels. Glue the wrapped panels to the card base.

Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment banner. Stamp the sentiment from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on the sentiment banner. Use paper snips to flag the end of the stamped sentiment banner. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment banner to the right side of the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon.

Stamp the large flower, the smaller bloom, and the leaf from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Basic White cardstock. Add color to the flower petals with the Ivory Stampin’ Blend. Die cut out the images with the Magnolia Mood dies. Add Wink of Stella to the flower centers for sparkle. Die cut Pretty Peacock cardstock leaves with the Magnolia Mood dies. Use glue dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the flowers, stamped leaves, and die cut cardstock leaves to the card front building the floral bouquet (tucking one leaf under the wrapped ribbon & slightly overlapping the sentiment banner). Tie a White Diagonal bow and use glue dots to add it to the left side of the sentiment banner on wrapped ribbon. Add Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems to the card front for extra sparkle.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set and the smaller flower from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on the inside panel. Color the flower with the Ivory Stampin’ Blend. Add a strip of Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Pretty Peacock cs leaves – die cut with the Magnolia Mood dies.
Basic White cs sentiment banner – 3 1/8″ x 7/8″ flagged at one end with paper snips.
