Leave A Little Sparkle Unicorn Card

For this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge I am using several awesome retiring products – the Leave A Little Sparkle stamp set, Nobel Peacock Foil sheets, and the See A Silhouette DSP.

Start with a Pretty Peacock cs card base. Cut the See A Silhouette DSP panel, the Pretty Peacock Nobel Peacock Foil sheet panel, and the Whisper White cs panel. Die cut a scalloped circle from the center of the Pretty Peacock Nobel Peacock Foil sheet and a circle from the center of the See A Silhouette DSP panel with the Layered Circles dies.

Cut a frame from Pretty Peacock Nobel Peacock foil with the Ornate Layer dies. Use your paper trimmer to cut the edges off the frame leaving a 3/8″ lip. Use Snail (tape adhesive) to adhere the frame edges to the top and bottom of the See A Silhouette DSP and the foil panel centered under the die cut circle – so the foil scallop circle is centered underneath. Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to back of the built panel making sure you also add them around the inner circle’s edge – but don’t take the backing off the Stampin’ Dimentionals just yet.

Stamp the unicorn from the Leave A Little Sparkle stamp set on the Whisper White cs panel in Memento Black ink. Color the unicorn with Stampin’ Blends and then add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Now take off the Stampin’ Dimensional backings from the built panel. Lay the stamped Whisper White cs image panel down and center the built panel over it lining up your image within the die cut circles. Then adhere the panel to the card base.

Cut a Whisper Whisper cs sentiment banner and stamp the sentiment from the Varied Vases stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink. Flag the ends of the sentiment banner and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach it across the bottom of the image circle. Add Nobel Peacock rhinestones to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I also added strips of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

See A Silhouette DSP panel – 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ with a circle die cut from the center with the Circle Layers dies plus two strips.
Whisper White cs image panel – 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ with the image in the center.
Whisper White cs sentiment flagged banner – 1/2″ x 3 1/8″
Whisper White cs inside panel – 3 7/8″ x 4 7/8″
