January “I’ll Bee Yours” Paper Pumpkin Kit Alternative Cards

Click here to find out more about Paper Pumpkin.

There is so many possibilities with Paper Pumpkin – you can make the kit exactly as the kit instructions show or create your own alternative projects.

I combined elements from the kit with cardstock and ribbon to create full sized Valentines with the January Paper Pumpkin Kit.

I used a Purple Posy cs card base for this card.

I stamped the square back ground stamp in Highland Heather in the center of the card base.

I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink on Whisper White cs and used my paper snips to flag the end. I also added some sequins from the kit and Wink of Stella to a few of the stamped flowers for sparkle. Instead of adding strips of cs to the inside or back of the card- I stamped the single flower to pull the theme through.

For this next card I used a Highland Heather cs card base.

I dry embossed a Purple Posy cs panel (5 1/4″ x 4″) with the Lace 3D embossing folder.

I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink on Whisper White cs and added a piece of Whisper White Flax ribbon.

I used the scalloped heart punch from the Heart Punch pack to add a Highland Heather cs layer behind a heart from the kit.

For this 3rd card I used a Highland Heather cs card base too.

I dry embossed a Whisper White cs panel (5 1/4″ x 4″) with the Country Floral 3D embossing folder.

I stamped the floral backgound stamp in Rococo Rose 2 generation ink (stamped off) on Whisper White cs. I then stamped the heart image and sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink on the Rococo Rose ink stamped floral image. I used the scalloped heart punch from the Heart punch pack to punch out the heart image & sentiment.

I added Purple Posy scalloped ribbon with Tear & Tape to the card front and sequins from the kit.

For this last card I used a Purple Posy cs card base.

I dry embossed a second Purple Posy cs panel (5 1/4″ x 4″) with the Lace 3D embossing folder and attached it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card base.

I added Rococo Rose scalloped ribbon with Tear & Tape to the card front. I added Wink of Stella to the flowers on the heart from the kit for sparkle and sequins from the kit.

Don’t forget to add Whisper White cs inside panels to your cards to write your message. I also added matching strips of embossed cs strips to the inside and back of the cards to pull the theme through.
