Global Design Project Handmade Designs CASE Challenge #476 Card

For this week’s Global Design Project #GDP476 CASE the Designer challenge I created a card with the flower image upcoming Sale-A-Bration 2025 Handmade Designs stamp set that is a part of the Joining Special starting January 7th, 2025. I also used the upcoming Online Exclusive Elements Of Text stamp set, and the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper.

CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit

Start with a Petal Pink cardstock card base. Cut two Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper panels and a Petal Pink cardstock panel. Stamp the splatter image from the Elements of Text stamp set in Memento Black ink on both panels of the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper. Stamp the work image from the Elements of Text stamp set in Petal Pink ink on the smaller Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper panel. Dry emboss the Petal Pink cardstock panel with the Plaster Painting 3D embossing folder. Glue the panels together and then to the card base.

Die cut a Vellum cardstock stitched circle with the Stylish Shapes dies. Die cut a More Dazzle Specialty Designer Series Paper banner with the Peaceful Season dies. Stamp the flower image from the Handmade Designs stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Color the flower with Stampin’ Blends and Wink of Stella for sparkle. Fussy cut out the colored flower with paper snips. Glue the banner to the center of the card front. Use glue dots to add the Vellum cardstock stitched circle to the back of the flower. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the flower & stitched circle to the center of the card front overlapping the banner.

Stamp the sentiment from the Handmade Designs stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Fussy cut out the sentiment with paper snips. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue dots to add the sentiment across the the right side of the flower and banner. Add gold dots from the Low-Profile Dots to the card front.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the flower image from the Handmade Designs stamp set in Memento Black ink. Color the flower with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Add a strip of Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Nature’s Sweetness Specialty DSP – 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ plus one 1/4″ x 3″ strip & one 1/4″ x 5″ strip.
Vellum cs stitched circle – die cut with the Stylish Shapes dies.
More Dazzle Specialty DSP banner – die cut Peaceful Season dies.
Basic White cs flower – fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs sentiment – fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″.
