This week’s Global Design Project it a lovely theme challenge. I decided that this theme called for a ton of sparkle so I used Silver Glimmer Paper with the Stargazing stamp set to create this week’s card.
Start with a Pretty Peacock cs card base. Cut a Silver Glimmer Paper panel and glue it to card base.
Cut a Whisper White cs panel. Stamp the image from the Stargazing stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink at the top of the Whisper White cs panel. Add Wink of Stella to the image for even more sparkle. Stamp the sentiment from the Stargazing stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink in the bottom right corner of the Whisper White cs panel.
Wrap the stamped Whisper White cs with the Silver Metallic Thread. *Tip – Add some Snail to the back bottom edge to smoothly attach the wrapped Silver Metallic Thread. Attach the stamped Whisper White cs panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Punch out the moon and stars with the Twinkle Builder Punch from Silver Glimmer Paper. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the moon and glue the stars to the card front. Use a glue dot to attach a bigger punched star under the sentiment overlapping the Silver Metallic Thread.
Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I also added strips of Silver Glimmer Paper and Silver Glimmer stars to the inside panel and the back of the card to pull the theme through.
