Framed Florets Pretty Flowers Thank You Blog Hop Card

I paired the Framed Florets bundle with the Pretty Flowers embossing folder to create my card.

Start with a Calypso Coral cardstock card base. Cut an Old Olive cardstock panel and a Petal Pink cardstock panel. Die cut out the fancy frame with the Framed Florets dies from the Petal Pink cardstock panel and then dry emboss the die cut panel with the Pretty Flowers embossing folder. Glue the the die cut & dry embossed Petal Pink cardstock panel to the Old Olive cardstock panel and then glue them to the card base.

Die cut a Calypso Coral cardstock fancy frame and a Basic White cardstock fancy frame inside oval with the Framed Florets dies. Glue the Calypso Coral cardstock fancy frame to the inside of the dry embossed Petal Pink cardstock panel on the card front. Stamp the sentiment from the Framed Florets stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cardstock fancy frame inside oval and then glue it into the Calypso Coral cardstock fancy frame on the card front.

Stamp the two flower image twice and the smallest flower image once from the Framed Florets stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White Cardstock. Color the flowers with Stampin’ Blends and then die cut them out with the Framed Florets dies. Use paper snips to cut one of the two flower images apart. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for sparkle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue dots to add the die cut flowers to the top and bottom of the fancy frame. Add Iridescent rhinestones around the flowers for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Before adding the panel I stamped the flower from Framed Florets stamp set and coloring it with Stampin’ Blends and stamped the sentiment from the Go To Greetings stamp set. After gluing in the panel I added an embossed strip of Petal Pink cardstock to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
