Fitting Florets DSP Birthday Wishes Card

I love this gorgeous limited time Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper! For this week’s Global Design Project CASE the designer challenge, we have a beautiful card from Kayla McCreadie to CASE. I created a card using the flowers from the Fitting Flowers Designer Series Paper and the sentiment from the Amazing Year stamp set.

CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit

Start with a Thick Basic White cardstock card base. Cut a Basic White cardstock panel, dry emboss it with the Painted Textured 3D embossing folder, and glue the embossed panel to the card front. Fussy cut the flowers from the Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper with paper snips. Add Wink of Stella to the flower centers for sparkle. Use glue, glue dots, and Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the fussy cut flowers into a bouquet on the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Amazing Year stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on Basic White cardstock and fussy cut the sentiment out into two pieces with paper snips. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the sentiment pieces to the bottom right of the card front slightly overlapping the flower bouquet.

Tie bows in Soft Succulent Satin Shimmer ribbon and in Linen Thread and attach both bows to the card front on the left side of the flower bouquet. Add Iridescent rhinestones to the card front for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Amazing Year stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink and add a strip of Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the panel to pull the theme through.
