Enduring Beauty Card

Card Measurements, Supply List, and printable PDF tutorial for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

The January-April 2024 Mini Catalog Enduring Beauty Bundle is a lovely trio that creates wonderful cards. The Enduring Beauty Decorative Masks make coloring the blooms easy with the blending brushes. I used all three to create my card and layered it on a piece of Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper. You can watch how I used the masks and made this card on my Facebook page here or on my YouTube channel below.

I shared a sample of what using just the Decorative Masks looked like and an alternative card with a Wild Wheat ink center, a added sentiment, and using the Gold Faux Leather Trim.
For this Enduring Beauty alternative card I used Highland Heather ink & Fresh Freesia ink for the flowers and Gorgeous Grape ink for the sentiment with the Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon & Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.

Start with a Pebbled Path cardstock card base. Cut a Petal Pink cardstock panel and a Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper. Glue the panels together and wrap them with Gold trim (combo pack) using Tear & Tape to secure the ends on the back of the panels. Glue the wrapped panels to the card base.

Stamp the large floral image from the Enduring Beauty stamp set in Pebbled Path ink (I used my stamp positioning tool) on Basic White cardstock. Use the Enduring Beauty Masks and small blending brushes to color the image (see the video). Die cut out the colored image with the Enduring Beauty dies. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the die cut floral image to the card front overlapping the wrapped trim.

Tie a bow with the Gold Trim and use glue dots to add it to the left side of the floral image overlapping the wrapped trim. Add gold Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Add a strip Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the panel to pull the theme through. I also stamped a small flowers from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on Basic White cardstock and colored it with Stampin’ Blends. I fussy cut out the image (you could die cut the flowers out with the Timeless Arrangements dies) and used glue to add it to the inside panel on the right side over the Designer Series Paper strip.

I hope you enjoyed my Enduring Beauty card. You can order the Enduring Beauty bundle, the Nature’s Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper, and the Timeless Arrangements stamp set in my Online Store.
