For this week’s Global Design Project we are CASEing the designer Emma Goddard’s fabulous card. I used the Alphabet A’ La Mode dies with the upcoming September-December 2023 Mini Catalog Bag of Bones bundle, Tricks & Treats stamp set, and Pick of the Patch stamp set to create my card. I love these new Halloween stamp sets and dies in the new Mini Catalog! I mixed images of these stamp sets to create my own Designer Series Paper.
CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit
Start with a Basic Gray cardstock card base. Cut a September-December 2023 Mini Catalog Them Bones Designer Series Paper panel and glue it to the card base. Cut a Very Vanilla cardstock panel. Stamp the full skeleton from the Bag of Bones stamp set in Lemon Lolly ink, the ghost from the Tricks & Treats stamp set in Pool Party ink, and the bat from the Bag of Bones stamp set in Memento Black ink multiple times on the Very Vanilla cardstock panel. Add Smoky Slate ink to the edges of the Very Vanilla cardstock panel with a blending brush. Flick Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend ink and Wink of Stella to the Very Vanilla cardstock panel. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the panel to the card front.
Die cut the word “BOO” in Basic Gray cardstock five times with the Alphabet A’ La Mode dies. Use glue to stack the letters together to give them height. then use more glue to add the built letters to the card front. Cut a Very Vanilla cardstock panel and a Them Bones Designer Series Paper panel layer.
Stamp the sentiment from the Pick of the Patch stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Very Vanilla cardstock panel. Add Smoky Slate ink to the edges of the Very Vanilla cardstock panel with a blending brush. Flick Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend ink and Wink of Stella to the Very Vanilla cardstock panel. Glue the Very Vanilla cardstock sentiment panel to the Them Bones Designer Series Paper panel layer. Add the sentiment panels to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals slightly overlapping the “OO”s. Add Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems around the sentiment panels and add Glow-in-the-Dark Bats to the card front on a three stamped bats.
Cut a Very Vanilla cardstock to the inside panel to write your message. Stamp the full skeleton in Lemon Lolly ink & bat from the Bag of Bones stamp set in Memento Black ink, the ghost from the Tricks & Treats stamp set in Pool Party ink, and the sentiment from Pick of the Patch stamp set in Memento Black ink on the inside panel. Add Basic Gray ink with a blending brush around the inside panel and then flick Light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blend ink & Wink of Stella. Glue the inside panel into the card. Add a Designer Series Paper strip to the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Them Bones DSP panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″ plus two 1/2″ x 4″ strips.
Very Vanilla cs panel – 5″ x 3 7/8″.
Basic Gray cs “Boo” – five each die cut with the Alphabet A’La Mode dies.
Very Vanilla cs sentiment panel – 3/4″ x 1 3/8″.
Them Bones DSP panel layer – 1″ x 1 5/8″.
Very Vanilla cs inside panel – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
