All Things Fabulous in Purples

This week’s Global Design Project is a fun sketch challenge. I used the beautiful two step flowers in the new All Things Fabulous stamp set with the lovely edge die in the Peony Dies to make my card.

Start with a Purple Posy cs card base. Cut a Highland Heather cs panel and a Whisper White cs panel. Die cut the edge of the Highland Heather cs with the Peony Dies and then use Stampin’ Seal to attach it to the card base.

Stamp the two step flowers from the All Things Fabulous stamp set in Highland Heather ink (both in full strength and in 2nd generation- stamped off) on the Whisper White cs panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink in the top right corner of the stamped Whisper White cs panel. Add Wink of Stella to the flower centers for sparkle. Then use Stampin’ Seal to attach the stamped Whisper White cs panel to the card front.

Cut a Whisper White cs sentiment banner and the Highland Heather cs sentiment banner layer. Stamp the sentiment from the All Things Fabulous stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink on Whisper White cs sentiment banner. Use Paper Snips to cut the ends of both banners diagonally. Use Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the stamped Whisper White cs sentiment banner to the Highland Heather cs banner. Use Stampin’ Seal to add the sentiment banners across the center of the card front. Add Elegant Faceted Gems and Wink of Stella splatter to the card front for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message.

I also stamped the sentiment and flowers on the inside and back of the card as well as splattered Wink of Stella to pull the theme through.
