Stampin’ Up!® Thank You February 2021 Blog Hop Flower & Field DSP Fun Fold Cards

Welcome and Thank you for visiting Christy’s Stamping Spot! I’m Christy and I’m an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. I’m excited to be taking part in Bruno and Kylie Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop with this fabulous group of Demonstrators from around the world!

Each month I make & send Customer Thank You Cards for everyone who orders from my Online Store. Sale-A-Bration is ending at the end of the month and I’ve created a lovely DSP Fun Fold card with the beautiful Flowers & Field Designer Series Paper that can be chosen Free with a $50 order (before tax & ship). Start with your favorite piece of Flower & Field DSP and score it to create the fun fold. Cut coordinating card base panel and two strips. Glue the folded Flower & Field DSP to the cs card base. Glue one strip of cs to the bottom outer flap so it is flush and then glue the second piece under the top flap (using the overlap of the DSP as a guide) & glue the flap down over the cs creating the top flap.

Wrap the top flap with a piece of Whisper White Faux Linen Ribbon (from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo pack) and tie it in a knot. Use your paper snips to cut the ribbons ends at an angle.

Punch a Basic White cs heart and a coordination cs scallop heart with the Heart Punch Pack. Stamp the sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration A Touch of Ink stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cs punched heart. Glue the stamped heart to the scalloped heart and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals (only to the top & middle of the scalloped heart) to attach the hearts to the left side of the card front so it overlaps both the top and bottom flap. Fussy cut out a flower from the Flower & Field DSP and use glue dots to attach it to the top right of the punched hearts.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the A Touch of Ink stamp set in Memento Black ink and added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
