For the rest of the cards in the Boho Beach Kit I cut down the card bases to create two card front panels (5 1/4″ x 4″). I added the card front panels to a Crumb Cake cardstock card bases. I made the card fronts like the instructions and added white Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio sequins to the card front.
I cut Basic White cardstock inside panels, stamped the matching foliage images & sentiments from the Boho Beach stamp set in Pecan Pie ink. Glue the inside panels into the cards.
Boho Beach Kit Card Alternatives
To create these cards I used Boho Beach kit card bases cut down into front panels. I also used the sentiments and the extra pre-cut sentiment banners to create my alternatives.
For this card I used a Crumb Cake cardstock up fold card base (11″ x 4 1/4″” scored at 5 1/2″) and added the Boho Breach kit card front. Die cut a wave from the Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper with the Waves dies leaving in a few of the cut outs and glued it to the card front. Die cut two shells with the Seaside Bay dies from Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper and added them to the sentiment banner (made like the instructions for the Boho Beach Kit). I also added white Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio sequins to the shells and sentiment banner.
For this card I used a Crumb Cake cardstock book fold card base (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ and added the Boho Breach kit card front. Die cut a wave from the Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper with the Waves dies leaving in a few of the cut outs and glued it to the card front. Die cut three shells with the Seaside Bay dies from Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper and added them to the sentiment banner (made like the instructions for the Boho Beach Kit) and one to the bottom right side overlapping the die cut wave. I also added white Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio sequins to the shells on the sentiment banner and on the wave.
I added Basic White cardstock inside panels to write your message. I added the strips from the cut down card bases to the inside and back of the cards to pull the theme through. I also stamped the sentiments from the Boho Beach stamp set in Pecan Pie ink and added a die cut shell.
Card measurements:
Crumb Cake cs card base – Upfold – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″ and book fold 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.
Boho Beach created card front – 5 1/4″ x 4.
Soft Shimmer Specialty paper wave – die cut with the Waves dies.
Soft Shimmer Specialty paper shells – die cut Seaside Bay dies.
Scrap strips for the inside & back of the card.
Basic White cs inside panels – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
