Mixed Florals Hello Card

Card Measurements and Supply List with the printable PDF with the clickable (Print Recipe) link for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

The Sale-A-Bration yearly event – where you earn free exclusive product with your orders – started January 7th and goes through the end of February. I created a lovely “Hello” card using three Level 1 Sale-A-Bration items – the Bloom Impressions Designer Series Paper, the Fresh Freesia Seam Binding ribbon, and the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins with the Online Exclusive Mixed Florals stamp set, and the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog Simply Said stamp set & Country Woods Designer Series Paper.

Start with a Fresh Freesia cardstock card base. Cut a Fresh Freesia cardstock panel, a Country Woods Designer Series Paper panel, and a Blooms Impressions Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the Blooms Impressions Designer Series Paper (top) and the Country Woods Designer Series Paper panel (bottom) on the Fresh Freesia cardstock panel. Wrap the built panel with Sale-A-Bration Fresh Freesia Seam Binding ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ribbon to the back of the panel. Glue the wrapped panel to the card base.

Die cut a Basic White cardstock stitched circle with the Stylish Shapes dies. Stamp the daisy image from the Mixed Florals stamp set in Memento Black ink on the stitched circle. Color the flowers with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the colored stitched circle to the card front (slightly to the right) overlapping the wrapped ribbon.

Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cardstock panel. Cut a Fresh Freesia cardstock sentiment panel layer. Glue the sentiment panel to the Fresh Freesia cardstock panel layer. Use a Stampin’ Dimensional and glue dots to add the sentiment panels to the left side of the stitched circle slightly overlapping the wrapped ribbon. Tie a bow with the Fresh Freesia Seam Bidding ribbon and use glue dots to add it to the card front to the right of the stitched circle overlapping the ribbon. Add Sale-A-Bration Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Add a strip of Blooms Impressions Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through. Stamp the daisy from the Mixed Florals stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Color the smallest daisy and surrounding flowers/leaves with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Fussy cut out the colored flowers/leaves with paper snips. Use glue to add the fussy cut flowers/leaves to the left side of the inside panel overlapping the strip of Designer Series Paper.
