Jungle Pals Sloth Sale-A-Bration Card

Sale-A-Bration is Stampin’ Up! ‘s biggest event of the year! I look forward to it every year! Stampin’ Up! has a fabulous selection of Free exclusive items to choose from – eleven Level 1products with $50 orders and three Level 2 products with $100 orders. And the rewards stack so if your order is $150 you could choose three Level 1 products or one Level 2 product and one Level 1 product.

For today’s fun card I used three Sale-A-Bration products – the Jungle Pals stamp set (Level 1), the coordinating die set the Jungle Pals dies (Level 2), and the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set (Level 1). I used two Annual Catalog embossing folders to add texture to the scene I created with the tree, leaves, and sloth.

Start with a Crumb Cake cardstock card base. Cut a Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel and then dry emboss it with the Fern 3D embossing folder. Die cut a Crumb Cake cardstock tree with the Jungle Pals dies and add it down the left side of the embossed Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel with glue. Die cut seven Granny Apple Green grass pieces with the Jungle Pals dies and dry emboss them with the Twisted Rope 3D. Glue three embossed grass pieces across the bottom of the embossed panel using paper snips to cut off the excess.

Die cut Granny Apple Green cardstock large leaves (4) and Soft Sea Foam cardstock small leaves (7) with the Jungle Pals dies. Stamp the sloth with the Jungle Pals stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on Basic White cardstock. Die cut out the sloth with the Jungle Pals dies. Color the sloth with Stampin’ Blends. Add the sloth, large & small leaves on the tree with Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue dots.

Punch out a Basic White cardstock modern oval with the Modern Oval punch. Stamp the sentiment from the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on the oval. Use glue to add the sentiment oval tucked under the leaves and into the grass. Add Iridescent Pastel Gems to the sentiment oval for sparkle.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on the inside panel. To pull the theme through add three embossed grass pieces to the bottom of the inside panel and use paper snips to cut off the excess (& one on the back of the card). Glue the built inside panel into the card.
