Inspirations In Ink: Inked & Tiled Bundle Blog Hop Card

Welcome and Thank you for visiting Christy’s Stamping Spot! I’m Christy, an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Southern Arizona, USA. I’m excited to be taking part in the Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop with this fabulous group of Demonstrators!

For this month’s blog hop and August’s PDF Tutorial we are focusing on the lovely Inked & Tiled Punch Bundle. This punch bundle includes two punches and coordinates with the Inked Botanicals 6″x 6″ Designer Series Paper as well as a few sheets of the huge pack of Delightfully Eclectic 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. I used both punches, the Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper, and the sentiment from the Inked & Tiled stamp set to create my quilted look card.

Start with a Pool Party card base. Cut a Petal Pink cardstock panel. Punch out three Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper stars and three Pool Party cardstock Xs with the Inked & Tiled punch pack. Use glue to add the stars & Xs fitted together centered on the Petal Pink cardstock panel. Glue the built Petal Pink cardstock panel to the card base.

Die cut a Very Vanilla cardstock stitched banner with the Stylish Shapes dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Inked & Tiled stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on the stitched banner. Punch a Petal Pink cardstock X with the X punch from the Inked & Tiled punch pack and then use paper snips to cut off two ends of the X. Use Stampin’ Seal to add the two X points to both sides of the stitched banner and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the built sentiment stitched banner to the center of the card front. Add Iridescent rhinestones to the bottom right of the card front under the Petal Pink panel.

Add a Very Vanilla cardstock inside panel to write your message. Add a strip of Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper and stamp the sentiment from the Inked & Tiled stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
