Inspirations In Ink: Framed Florets Bundle Blog Hop Card

Welcome and Thank you for visiting Christy’s Stamping Spot! I’m Christy, an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Southern Arizona, USA. I’m excited to be taking part in the Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop with this fabulous group of Demonstrators! This month we are focusing on the fabulous Framed Florets Bundle. Instead of using the ovals for this card, I used the Fabulous Frames dies with the flowers from the Framed Florets and the limited time (while supplies last) Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper and Framed & Festive stamp set to create my card.

Card Measurements and Supply List for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

Start with a Polished Pink cardstock card base. Cut a Night of Navy cardstock panel and a Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels to the card base.

Die cut a Polished Pink cardstock frame and a Basic White cardstock inner frame panel with the Fabulous Frames dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Framed & Festive stamp set in Night of Navy ink on the Basic White cardstock inner frame panel. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the Polished Pink frame and the stamped Basic White cardstock inner frame to the center of the card front.

Stamp the flowers (three blooms & one flower spray) from the Framed Florets stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Color the flowers with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the flower centers and berries for sparkle. Use paper snips to cut the flowers & flower spray apart and then use glue dots and glue to add the flower pieces to the top left and bottom right of the frame and inner frame. Add Iridescent rhinestones to the card front for extra sparkle.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Framed & Festive stamp set in Night of Navy ink and add a strip of Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
