Hello, Irresistible DSP Sea Turtles Card

Starting March 1st a new Online Exclusive section will be added to my Online Store and the beautiful Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper & the Irresistible Blooms bundle will be two of the new offerings! I’ve paired these lovely upcoming products with the fabulous January-April 2023 Mini Catalog Sea Turtle stamp set to create this Thank You card. I also used my retired Pretty Peacock ink and cardstock that is a coordinating color in the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper. We will be learning more about color changes also on March 1st.

Start with a Soft Sea Foam card base. Cut a Pretty Peacock cardstock panel, a Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper panel, and a Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel. Glue the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper panel to the Pretty Peacock cardstock panel and then glue the two panels to the card base. Die cut out the beaded circle with the Irresistible Blooms dies from the Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel. Stamp the splatter image from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Soft Sea Foam ink all over the Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the die cut & stamped Soft Sea Foam panel to the card front.

Stamp three little turtles from the Sea Turtles stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Basic White cardstock. Fussy cut out the turtles with paper snips. Tuck two turtles under the Soft Sea Foam cardstock panel to the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper panel with glue and glue dots so the turtles looked like they were swimming by a viewing window.

Cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment panel and a Pretty Peacock cardstock sentiment layer panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on the Basic White cardstock sentiment panel. Glue the stamped Basic White cardstock panel to the Pretty Peacock cardstock sentiment layer panel and then glue the panels to the bottom left of the card front under the die cut beaded circle. Use a Stampin’ Dimensional to add the last turtle to the bottom right of the card front overlapping the sentiment panel. Use glue dots to add Pretty Peacock Loose Frosted Dots to the card front and to the Designer Series Paper that shows through the beaded circle.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Color & Contour stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink, stamp the little turtle in Pretty Peacock ink, and the splatter in Soft Sea Foam ink from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set on the inside panel and back of the card. Glue the inside panel into the card.

Add a strip of Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Soft Sea Foam cs panel with beaded circle cut out – 5 1/4″ x 4″ die cut with the Irresistible Blooms dies.
Basic White cs turtles – 3 fussy cut with paper snips.
Pretty Peacock cs sentiment panel layer – 1 3/8″ x 2 1/2″.
Basic White cs sentiment panel – 1 1/8″ x 2 1/4″.
Basic White cs inside panel – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
