This week’s Global Design Product is to CASE the Designer and I decided to use Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper to create this week’s card.
CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit
Start with a Soft Suede cs card base. Cut a Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper and a So Saffron Perennial Essence Vellum cs panels. Use a small amount of thinly applied glue to adhere the vellum to the DSP. Wrap the panels with the Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon, securing the ends with Tear & Tape on the back of the panels. Use glue to adhere the panels to the card base.
Use paper snips to cut out a hummingbird. Add a piece of Tear & Tape to the back of the cut hummingbird and loop Silver Metallic Thread on the back. Adhere the hummingbird to the card front overlapping the ribbon with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment from the Varied Vases stamp set with Soft Suede ink on Very Vanilla cs. Punch out the sentiment with the Classic Label punch. Use Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the card front. Add Basic – Adhesive Sequins to the card front.
Don’t forget to add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel. I also stamped the sentiment & added strips of the Specialty DSP to the inside panel and back of the card to pull the theme through.
