Start with a Flirty Flamingo cardstock card base. Cut a Mango Melody cardstock panel and a Rain or Shine Specialty Designer Series Paper panel. Use the Water Painter (use the smallest brush) to lightly add Flirty Flamingo ink to the white daisies on the Rain or Shine Specialty Designer Series Paper panel and Wink of Stella to the flower centers for sparkle. Glue the colored Rain or Shine Specialty Designer Series Paper panel to the Mango Melody cardstock panel. Wrap the panels with Pale Papaya Faux Velvet Trim using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ribbon’s ends to the back of the panels. Loop some Linen Thread around the left side of the Pale Papaya Faux Velvet Trim twice and tie in a bow. Glue the wrapped panels to the card base.

Die cut a turtle and a bow from the Rain or Shine Specialty Designer Series Paper. Use a glue dot to add the bow to the turtle. Color the flower, add spots & eye color with Stampin’ Blends, and add Wink of Stella for sparkle to the turtle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the turtle to the card front overlapping the wrapped ribbon.

Stamp the sentiment from the Simply Fabulous stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink on Basic White cardstock. Fussy cut out the sentiment with paper snips. Use a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional to add the sentiment to the card front between the bow and turtle above & slightly overlapping the wrapped ribbon. Add Iridescent Rhinestones to the bow tie, flower, and card front for extra sparkle.

Add a Mango Melody cardstock inside panel layer and a Basic White cardstock inside panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Simply Fabulous stamp set in Flirty Flamingo ink and add a strip of Rain or Shine Specialty Designer Series Paper (with colored flowers) to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
