Stampin’ Up! Painted Christmas Suite Card

Card Measurements and Supply List for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

For this week’s Global Design Project sketch challenge I created a card using the Painted Christmas Suite. This gorgeous suite includes two bundles and a beautiful 12″ x 12″ Designer Series paper pack. I combined elements of these with the Kraft paper and the Wintry 3D & Timber 3D embossing folders to make this Christmas card.

Start with a Garden Green cs card base. Cut the Pear Pizzazz cs panel and the Painted Christmas DSP panel. Glue the panels to the card front.

Die cut a Kraft paper label with the Seasonal Labels dies, dry emboss it with the Timber 3D embossing folder, and glue it to the card front on the bottom left. Die cut a Pear Pizzazz cs circle with the Layering Circle dies, dry emboss it with the pine needle Wintry 3D embossing folder, and glue it to the card front on the bottom center overlapping the Kraft paper label.

Die cut a Garden Green cs pine foliage layer with the Christmas Pinecone dies and trim it down with paper snips. Die cut Early Espresso cs pinecones with the Christmas Pinecone dies. Glue the pinecones to the pine foliage layer and add Gold Holly Leaves with glue dots to the back. Add the pinecone foliage with glue to the left side of the embossed Pear Pizzazz cs circle. Stamp the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember stamp set in Garden Green ink on Very Vanilla cs and die cut it out with the Seasonal Labels dies. Add the sentiment label to the card front overlapping the pine foliage and embossed circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add Wonderful Gems to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember stamp set and added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

I also added the Stampin’ Up! copyright stamp from the Handmade for You stamp set to adhere to the Angel Policy.

I also stamped the pine needles in Garden Green ink and the pine cone in Early Espresso ink from the Christmas Season stamp set on the back of the card.

I hope you enjoyed my #GDP314 Painted Christmas Suite card. You can order the Painted Christmas DSP, the Christmas Season bundle, the Christmas to Remember bundle, the Wintry 3D embossing folders, and the Timber 3D embossing folder in my Online Store.
