For the “You Make My Heart Smile” card I built the images from the top down – starting with using glue dots to attach the flowers to each other – then to the stamped sentiment panel- then to the Vellum panel – and then using Stampin’ Dimensionals (hidden behind the flowers & sentiment panel) to attach the Vellum panel to the card front.
When making the “Hello, Dear Friend” card be sure to stamp the sentiment on the sentiment panel closer to the top instead of in the middle of the panel – leaving room for the rose to overlap at the bottom of the sentiment panel.
The directions show to make bows with the Copper cord to attach it to the back of the sentiment panels. I personally like to use Stampin’ Seal and glue dots to add loops of the Copper cord to back of the panels instead.
I also stamped the sentiments & the flower images (Shaded Spruce ink for the stem and Crushed Curry ink & Melon Mambo Ink for the flowers) to the envelopes and the inside and back of the cards to pull the theme through.
