Stampin’ Up! Happy Hedgehogs Sneak Peek Card

The new Happy Hedgehogs stamp set from the Upcoming January-June 2022 Mini Catalog is a sweet stamp set that is also available in a punch bundle with the Hedgehog Builder Punch. I created this sneak peek card using the Happy Hedgehogs stamp set, the fabulous Sale-A-Bration Sunshine & Rainbows DSP, the Cloud Punch, and the sentiments from the Lovely You stamp set.

Start with a Pool Party cs card base. Cut a Crumb Cake cs panel and the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP panel. Glue the panels to the card base.

Die cut a Basic White cs stitched scalloped rectangle with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Stamp the images from the Happy Hedgehogs stamp set in Memento Black ink. Color the images with Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the flowers, hedgehog, and butterfly for sparkle. Punch Sunshine & Rainbows DSP clouds with new Cloud punch. Use glue dots to add the punched clouds to the top of the stitched scalloped rectangle and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add them to the card front.

Cut a Basic White cs sentiment panel and stamp the sentiment from the Lovely You stamp set in Memento Black ink. Use the Dark Pool Party Stampin’ Blend to add ink to the edges of the sentiment panel. Cut a small piece of Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon and using a bit of Stampin’ Seal add it looped to the back of the sentiment panel. Add the sentiment panel to the card front overlapping the stitched scalloped rectangle and the punched clouds. Add Genial Gems to the flowers for extra sparkle.

Don’t forgot to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Lovely You stamp set and the butterfly from the Happy Hedgehog stamp set in Memento Black ink and add a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
