Stampin’ Up! Driving By Daffodil Afternoon Slimline Card

The Sale-A-Bration Daffodil Afternoon is a gorgeous pack of Designer Series Paper you can chose for Free with a $50 order that coordinates with the Daffodil Daydream bundle. This paper pack has several pieces of DSP that are perfect for simple stamping and for fussy cutting out images. I CASEd this card from a pair of beautiful cards by the Stampin’ Up! Artisan Yvonne Spikmans. I paired the Sale-A-Bration Driving By stamp set with the Daffodil Afternoon DSP fussy cut images to create this Slimline card.

CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit

I started with a Thick Basic White cs Slimline Card and layered two Daffodil Afternoon DSP panels to the card front. Fussy cut out a bunch of the DSP flower images. Stamp the van from the Driving By stamp set on Thick Basic White cs in Memento Black ink, color it with Stampin’ Blends, and then fussy cut out. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals and glue to add the fussy cut images & van to the left side of the card front. Stamp the sentiment from the Driving By stamp set on Thick Basic White cs in Memento Black ink and die cut it out with the Tasteful Labels dies. Layer more fussy cut DSP images and the sentiment labels on the right side of the card front. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers centers for sparkle.

Add a Thick Basic White cs Inside panel to add stability and to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Hello Friend stamp set in Memento Black ink and add a strip of DSP to the inside & back of the card to pull the theme through.
