Stampin’ Up! Badger Pansy Petals DSP Card

The badgers from the Badger Besties stamp set from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog are super cute. I created this card using the the lovely Pansy Petals DSP that is apart of the ongoing 15% off DSP Sale, the Biggest Wish stamp set, and the fun Macrame 3D embossing folder.

Start with a Cinnamon Cider cs card base. Cut the two Fresh Freesia cs panels and dry emboss them with the Macrame 3D embossing folder. Cut a Pansy Petals DSP panel and a Basic White cs Panel. Glue the large embossed Fresh Freesia cs panel to the card base. Stamp the sentiments from the Biggest Wish stamp set in Fresh Freesia ink and Memento Black ink on the Basic White cs panel. Glue the stamped Basic White cs panel to the embossed Fresh Freesia cs sentiment panel, then to the Pansy Petals DSP panel, and then glue the panels to the center of the card front.

Stamp the badger image from the Badger Besties stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cs. Color the badger with the Stampin’ Blends and then fussy cut it out with paper snips. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the badger to bottom of the card front overlapping the DSP panel & sentiment layers. Use a glue dot to add a Loose Flower Flourish to the flower on the image. Add Shimmer Crystal Effects to the center of the Loose Flower Flourish to add a smaller Loose Flower Flourish and to the badger’s eye for dimension. Use glue dots to add more Loose Flower Flourishes to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Biggest Wish stamp set in Memento Black ink and add a DSP strip to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
