I played with my Meant To Be and Geared Up Garage stamp sets to create a few #SimplyStamping Valentine Cards.
On the Gold Foil-edged note cards I stamped the Meant To Be images in Lovely Lipstick. Then using the oil splotch from the Geared Up Garage, I added some stamped off – second and third generation – in Flirty Flamingo to add textured and dimension. On one I added the sentiment using the Pretty Label punch and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Using Whisper White for a cardbase, I stamped heart images from the Meant To Be in Flirty Flamingo & Lovely Lipstick making a background pattern. I then used both colors to add the Splotch image from Geared Up Garage. I used the Pretty Label punch for the sentiment.
For these cards on Whisper White I stamped the sentiment and Splotch down the center. I also stamped hearts down the outside edge of the card.
The #SimpleStamping can be a challenge but fun to let your creativity flow – using only two ink pads and two stamp sets – with two different card bases – I enjoyed making these cards. I stepped it up a bit by adding the Pretty Label Punch on a couple of the cards.
