Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I got to sit down and play with my 2018-2020 In Color Lovely Lipstick. I made these three different cards.
For this card I layered Lovely Lipstick cardstock and the All My Love DSP on a Whisper White card base. I cut out hearts from the Meant to Be bundle in the Lovely Lipstick Sale-A-Bration foil, Vellum cardstock, and Whisper White cardstock. I also cut some sprigs in Vellum cardstock with the Frosted Bouquet framelits. I stamped the sentiment in black on a white heart and then layered the pieces onto the All My Love DSP layer.

For this card I wanted to use the big flower image from the 2019 Occasion catty All That You Are stamp set. I stamped it in Memento and then colored it in with the blends.
To create the layers for this card I ran a piece of Soft Sea Foam through my Big Shot with the Subtle 3D Dynamic embossing folder. I cut out Vellum cardstock leaves and a sprig using the Frosted Bouquet Framelits. Using the new 2019 Occasions catty Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies I cut out a large rectangle in Lovely Lipstick cs and a rectangle in Whisper White cs for the sentiment. I layered everything on the embossed Soft Sea Foam piece, wrapped it in linen thread, and then using Stampin’ Dimensionals attached it to the Whisper White card base. I then added 3 white Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Wink of Stella to the flowers.

This card is more of a classic Valentine. For this card I used Very Vanilla cardstock for my card base, layered with Lovely Lipstick cs, and an embossed piece of Very Vanilla. I first stamped a heart image multiple times from the Meant To Be Cling stamp set in Flirty Flamingo and then used the awesome new Lace Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to emboss the stamped Very Vanilla layer.
I cut out hearts in Vellum and the Sale-A-Bration Lovely Lipstick foil with the Be Mine Stitched framelits (from the Meant to Be bundle). I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of Very Vanilla and then punched it, a piece of Lovely Lipstick cs, and Flirty Flamingo cs out with the Pretty Label punch. Using my snips I cut the Lovely Lipstick cs and Flirty Flamingo punched pieces in half and then layered them under the stamped Very Vanilla punched piece and added it as the top layer to finish the card.
