Most of my card bases are the standard size and sometimes it’s fun creating with different sizes like the Whisper White Note Cards (5″ x 3 1/2″).
The Sale-A-Bration Painted Season Bundle is beautiful and I used the succulent image and paper for my Glimmer Gal swap this month.
Start with the Whisper White Note Card. Cut a Grapefruit Grove panel, emboss it with the Subtle embossing folder. Cut a piece of Painted Seasons DSP and glue it over the bottom of the embossed Grapefruit cs. Wrap a piece of the Coastal Cabana/ Granny Apple Green 3/8″ Reversible ribbon around the seam of the DSP and embossed cs panel. Tip –Use glue or tear & tape or scotch tape to adhere the ends of the ribbon to the back to the cardstock. Glue the embossed Grapefruit Grove/Painted Seasons DSP to the card base.
Stamp the succulent image from the Painted Seasons Cling stamp set on Whisper White cs in Granny Apple Green ink. Cut the image out with the Four Seasons framelit dies. Cut out a stitched circle (1 7/8″) in Coastal Cabana cs with the Stitched Shapes framelit dies. Use Stampin’ Dimentionals to adhere the image to the stitched circle and then use more Stampin’ Dimentionals to adhere the stitch circle layer to the center of the card base over the ribbon. Add a couple of Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card. I also stamped the image inside & on the back of the card and on the envelope to pull the theme through.
