How Sweet It Is Sweet Cup

I played with the Sweet Cups and the How Sweet It Is DSP on Monday during my Facebook Live. You can watch it here. These super cute treat cups decorate easily with the Sweet Cup sleeve template. You can view and download the Sleeve Template here.

To decorate the Sweet Cup lid adhere a strip of Sparkle Glimmer Paper with tear & tape to the rim. Use snips to flag the end. Cut out a scalloped circle from Coastal Cabana cs with the Layering Circle framelits dies and glue to the top of the lid. Cut a circle from Sparkle Glimmer Paper with the Layering Circle framelit dies, layering it with glue to the Coastal Cabana cs scalloped circle. Use snips to cut out the cupcake and candy pieces from the How Sweet It Is DSP. Arrange and glue the pieces to the lid in the middle of the Sparkle Glimmer circle.

To decorate the sweet cup base start with cutting Coastal Cabana cs with the Sweet Cup Sleeve Template. Use the Bone Folder to curl and make the cardstock more pliable. Use tear & tape or glue to adhere the sleeve to the base of the sweet cup. Tip – keep the cardstock tight against the top rim as a guide.

Cut a circle from Sparkle Glimmer Paper with the Layering Circle framelit dies and adhere it with glue or tear & tape over the seam of the Coastal Cabana cs sleeve. Cut a scalloped circle in Coastal Cabana with the Layering Circle framelit dies and use tear & tape or glue to adhere it to the Sparkle circle. Cut a stitched circle in Whisper White with the Stitched Shapes framelit dies.

Stamp the sentiment from the Cake Soiree stamp set in Coastal Cabana on the stitched circle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the stamped stitched circle to the scalloped circle. Add Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon around the top of the sweet cup base and tie it in a bow over the sentiment circle layers. Cut candies from the How Sweet It Is DSP and glue them around the base of the cup on the Coastal Cabana cs.

Add Glitter Enamel dots to the lid and the base. To finish the Sweet Cup add Wink of Stella to the cupcake and candies for added sparkle.
