Marbled Elegance Note Card Valentine Cards

Card Measurements and Supply List with the printable PDF with the clickable (Print Recipe) link for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

The White Note Cards (20 card bases & envelopes) are a slightly smaller size but still mailable and perfect for making multiplies. I created these fun Valentine’s Cards for my local monthly lunch & card swap group – which met the day before Valentine’s Day. I used the gorgeous Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Hearts of Elegance bundle, the So Swirly embossing folder, and the heart frames & small flower punch outs from the Celebrate Love Mix & Match Ephemera to create these note cards.

Start with the White Note Card card base. Cut a Flirty Flamingo cardstock panel and a Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels to the card base.

Cut a Basic White cardstock panel, die cut the stitched heart from the Hearts of Elegance dies out of the middle, and then dry emboss the panel with the So Swirly embossing folder.

Punch out a heart frame and a small flower from the Celebrate Love Mix & Match Ephemera pack. Use a small blending brush to add Melon Mambo ink to the heart frame. Glue the fame around the cut out heart on the dry embossed panel. Die cut out a Flirty Flamingo cardstock stitched heart with the Hearts of Elegance dies and use a Stampin’ Dimensional to add the heart to the embossed panel overlapping the heart frame and cut out. Use glue to add the small Celebrate Love Mix & Match Ephemera flower to the Flirty Flamingo cardstock stitched heart. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the built embossed panel to the card front. Add a gold Adhesive Backed Heart Sequins to the stitched Flirty Flamingo cardstock heart.

Cut a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Hearts of Elegance stamp set in Melon Mambo ink on the inside panel and add a strip of Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper to the inside & back of the card to pull the theme through. Glue the inside panel into the card. I also added the Basic White stitched heart that was die cut from the front panel (stamped with a small heart from the Craft With You stamp set) with glue overlapping the strip of Specialty Designer Series Paper on the inside panel.
