Just My Type Hi Card

For this week’s Global Design Project color challenge I immediately reached for the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog Just My Type stamp set. I love the sentiment fonts & images in this fabulous stamp set that looks great in Pebbled Path! I did create a few alternatives cards and you can check them out at the bottom of this blog post.

JUST MY TYPE PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET (ENGLISH)

Start with the a Pebbled Path cardstock card base. Cut a Boho Blue cardstock panel and a Basic White cardstock panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Just My Type stamp set in Pebbled Path ink across the Basic White cardstock panel to fill the panel. Stamp the other sentiment from the Just My Type stamp set in Boho Blue ink in between the other stamped sentiment. Glue the stamped Basic White cardstock panel to the Boho Blue cardstock panel and then glue the panels to the card base.

Stamp the typewriter image and the page stamp from the Just My Type stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on Basic White cardstock. Fussy cut out the typewriter & page with paper snips. Color a few of the typewriter buttons with the Light Boho Blue Stampin’ Blend. Die cut out a Vellum cardstock stitched circle with the Stylish Shapes dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Just My Type stamp set in Boho Blue ink on Basic White cardstock. Punch out the sentiment with the Best Label punch. Cut small piece of Wild Wheat Textured ribbon and cut the piece in half. Use glue dots to add the ribbon and the punched sentiment to the back of the fussy cut typewriter image. Then use glue to add the built typewriter to the stitched Vellum cardstock and then add them all to the card front with glue.

Stamp the flower from the Just My Type stamp set in Wild Wheat ink five times on Basic White cardstock. Color the flowers with the Light Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blend. Fussy cut out the flowers with paper snips. Add the flowers to the card front with glue dots. Add 2023-2025 In Color Dots to the centers of the flowers.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Cut two Boho Blue cardstock strips & two stamped Basic White cardstock strips and add them to the inside and back of the panel to pull the theme through. Stamp the sentiment and flower from the Just My Type stamp set above the strips.

Stamped the sentiment on the page and added strips of Wild Wheat cs (1/4″ x 4 1/4), Boho Blue cs (1/2″ x 4 1/4″), and Pebbled Path cs (3/4″ x 4 1/4″). I also punched the Vellum circle with the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch.

For this card I stamped the sentiment in 2nd generation (stamped off) Pebbled Path ink. I stamped the rainbow in Pebbled Path ink in between the stamped sentiment and on the page. Stamped the sentiment on the page and added strips of Wild Wheat cs (1/4″ x 4 1/4), Boho Blue cs (1/2″ x 4 1/4″), and Pebbled Path cs (3/4″ x 4 1/4″). I also punched the Vellum circle with the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch.

For this card base I used Pool Party cs with a Melon Mambo cs panel. I added strips of Melon Mambo cs, Blackberry Bliss cs, and Shaded Spruce (1/4″ x 4″). I also punched the Vellum circle with the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch.

Card Measurements:
Pebbled Path cs card base – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″.
Boho Blue cs panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″.
Basic White cs panel – 5″ x 3 3/4″.
Basic White cs typewriter & page – fussy cut with paper snips.
Vellum cs stitched circle – die cut with the second largest stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes.
Basic White cs sentiment label – punched with Best Label punch.
Basic White cs flowers – five fussy cut with paper snips.
Basic White cs inside panel – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″.
Boho Blue cs strips – two 1/2″ x 4″ strips.
Basic White cs stamped strips – two 3/8″ x 4″ strips.
