Inspirations In Ink: Cheerful Daisies Bundle Blog Hop Card

Welcome and Thank you for visiting Christy’s Stamping Spot! I’m Christy, an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Southern Arizona, USA. I’m excited to be taking part in the Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop with this fabulous group of Demonstrators!

For this month’s blog hop and July’s PDF Tutorial we are focusing on the beautiful Cheerful Daisies Bundle. For this quick and lovely card I used two pieces of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper (included in the 15% off DSP Sale until June 30th) and a piece of the Fresh Freesia Subtles Designer Series Paper to create the card front and added the sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set on the stitched label from the Cheerful Daisies dies.

Start with a Fresh Freesia cardstock card base. Cut two Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper panels and a Fresh Freesia Subtles Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the larger Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper panel to the card base. Glue the other Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper panel to the Subtles Designer Series Paper panel and then glue the panels slightly to the left side of the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Boho Blue ink on Basic White cardstock. Die cut out the sentiment with the stitched label die from the Cheerful Daisies dies. Cut a small piece of Boho Blue Textured ribbon and use glue dots to add it (folded over) to the back of the left side of the stitched sentiment label. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the stitched sentiment label to the card front overlapping the Designer Series Paper panels. Add 2023-2025 In Color Dots to the card front around the right side of the stitched sentiment label.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Circle Sayings stamp set in Boho Blue ink and add a strip of Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Fresh As A Daisy DSP panel – 5 1/4″ x 4″ plus two 1/2″ x 4″ strips.

Fresh As A Daisy DSP panel – 5 1/2″ x 1 3/4″.
