Hello Sunshine Silhouette Card

For today’s card I mixed this month’s Glimmer Gals Team June 2020 Color Challenge given by Lorraine from Lorraine’s Crafting Corner, the Glimmer Gals Team Sketch Challenge, and this week’s #GDP247 Sun Fun Theme Challenge.

I used the Stitched Rectangles to die cut out a piece of watercolor paper to create a sunshine back ground with the Mango Melody ink refill and water painters.

Die cut out Calypso Coral & Magenta Madness flowers and then dry emboss them with the Old Map Paper 3D embossing folder.

Use your Bone Folder to slightly curl the petals and then use glue and glue dots to build your flowers.

Start with a Mango Melody cs card base. Cut a Magenta Madness cs panel and dry emboss it with the Old Map Paper 3D embossing folder. Glue the embossed panel to the card base.

Stamp the sentiment from the Under the Umbrella stamp set on the bottom center of the completely dried sunshine background in Memento Black ink and then glue it to the embossed card base.

Stamp the image from the Silhouette Scenes stamp set in Memento Black ink on Whisper White cs. Die cut out the image with the Stitched Shapes dies. Cut out a second smaller circle with the Stitched Shapes dies. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the stitched circles to the card front. Add the flowers to the card front with glue dots. Then add Elegant Faceted Gems to the flower centers.

Don’t forget to add an inside Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I also added two strips of embossed Magenta Madness cs to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
