Here is this week’s Global Design Project: Sketch Challenge.
Start with a Very Vanilla cs card base. Cut a Petal Pink cs panel and emboss it with the Subtle embossing folder. Cut a Very Vanilla cs panel and emboss it with the Tufted embossing folder. Use glue to adhere the panels to the card base. Cut a small panel of Floral Romance Specialty DSP and use glue (I added the glue behind the flowers and darker leaves) to adhere it to the left hand side of the card base. Cut a strip of Petal Pink cs and emboss it with the Subtle embossing folder. Glue it over the seam between the Floral Romance Specialty DSP and the embossed Very Vanilla cs.
Use the Layering Squares framelit dies to cut a Petal Pink cs scalloped square and emboss it with the Subtle embossing folder. Use the Layering Squares framelit dies to cut a Very Vanilla cs square and emboss it with the Tufted embossing folder. Glue the embossed Very Vanilla square to the embossed Petal Pink cs scalloped square. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the squares to the lower left hand side centered over the embossed Petal Pink cs strip on the card front.
Cut the Petal Pink cs banner piece and stamp the sentiment from the First Frost stamp set in Fresh Fig. Then emboss it with the Subtle embossing folder and flag the ends with Paper Snips. Glue the sentiment banner across the squares. Add Frosted Flower Embellishments and Clear Rhinestone basic jewels to the square and sentiment banner. I also added a piece of the Floral Romance Specialty DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
