Glimmer Gals Team February 2020 Sketch Challenge with the Tropical Oasis DSP

Start with a Pear Pizzazz cs card base. Dry emboss the card front with the Subtle 3D embossing folder. Cut a Tropical Oasis DSP panel. Stamp the palm tree image from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in the Early Espresso ink on the top left side of the DSP.

Cut a piece of Braided Burlap ribbon trim and use Tear & Tape to add it to the DSP panel. Use your Paper Snips to snip of the excess ribbon using the panel as a guide. Then glue the stamped DSP panel to the embossed card front.

Die cut out a car from the Tropical Oasis DSP with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Die cut a Vellum cs label with the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Glue the DSP label to the Vellum label and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the labels centered over the ribbon to the left side of the card front.

Cut the Very Vanilla cs sentiment strip, stamp the sentiment from the Timeless Tropical stamp set in Early Espresso ink, and then use paper snips to flag the end. Use glue dots to attach the sentiment strip to the top right of the DSP label. Use a dark Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blend to color pearls and add them to the sentiment strip and card front.

Don’t forget to add a Very Vanilla cs inside panel to write your message. I also stamped the sentiment and added a DSP strip to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
