Free As A Bird & Bird Ballad DSP with the Scalloped Note Cards

I just love the Bird Ballad DSP and the super cute Scalloped Note Cards and Envelopes. If you haven’t had a chance to play with these awesome products …you should definitely include them in your next project.

Start with the Terracotta Tile Scalloped Note Card card base. Cut a Pear Pizzazz strip and use glue to add it to the front edge of the scalloped note card.

Cut a Pear Pizzazz cs panel and gently rip the cs to leave a jagged edge down the right side. Then stamp the ripped Pear Pizzazz cs with the Birch background stamp in Pear Pizzazz ink. Wrap the stamped cs panel with Linen Thread at the top and tie with a small bow.

Use Paper Snips to split a piece of Terracotta Tile scalloped ribbon and then glue to the ends of the stamped & ripped Pear Pizzazz cs panel so that only the pretty Terracotta Tile scalloped part shows. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the panel to the card base.

Cut a Vellum cs label with the Stitched Nested Labels dies. Use glue dots to attach the Vellum cs label across the middle of the stamped & ripped Pear Pizzazz cs.

Fussy cut out a bird image and several flowers from the Bird Ballad DSP with Paper Snips. Glue the fussy cut images to the Vellum cs and add Wink of Stella for sparkle.

Use a Dark Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend to color rhinestones and add them to the card front around the fussy cut images.

I stamped the sentiment and flower from the Free As A Bird stamp set on the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
