Dressed To Impress In Pinks & Coral

Card Measurements and Supply List for this project are found at the bottom of this blog post.

For this month’s Glimmer Gals Team March 2020 Color Challenge given by Lorraine from Lorraine’s Crafting Corner I used the fun & fabulous Dressed to Impress stamp set.

Dressed To Impress Stamp Set
All Dressed Up Dies

Start with a Very Vanilla Note Card as your card base. I then stamped the images from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in all the color challenge colors and then flicked Wink of Stella for sparkle on the 8 1/2″ x 11″ Thick Very Vanilla cs to create my own Designer Series Paper. Cut a Flirty Flamingo cs panel and glue it to the Note Card. Cut the DSP panel and glue it the Flirty Flamingo cs.

Cut the Thick Very Vanilla cs sentiment/ image panel. Stamp the sentiment and perfume bottle image from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Very Vanilla cs panel. Stamp the large wash stamp on the perfume bottle image in 2nd generation Flirty Flamingo ink. Use the Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blend to add color the the edge of the panel and then glue it to the card front.

Cut three small pieces of Petal Pink Metallic – Edged ribbon (about 3″) and use glue dots to make them into loops. Cut a small piece of Petal Pink Organdy Stripped ribbon (about 2 1/4″) and use a glue dot to make a loop. Use glue dots to attach the 3 Petal Pink Metallic-Edged ribbon loops to the back of the Petal Pink Organdy Stripped ribbon loop and then use more glue dots to attach all four to the Thick Very Vanilla cs panel to the left of the perfume bottle. Add Wink of Stella to the perfume bottle for sparkle.

Stamp the single rose image from the Dressed To Impress stamp set in Melon Mambo ink on Thick Very Vanilla cs. Stamp the small wash image on the rose image in Blushing Bride ink. Die cut out the rose with the All Dressed Up dies. Add Wink of Stella to the rose for sparkle. Add the die cut rose to the card front with a Stampin’ Dimensional overlapping the ribbon and the perfume bottle. Add Champagne Rhinestones to the card front.

I added a strip of stamped Thick Very Vanilla cs to the inside and back of the panel to pull the theme through.
