Stampin’ Up! has made their biggest sale of the year even better with the Sale-A-Bration Coordination Exclusive Limited Time Products. Coordination is one of my favorite elements of paper crafting with Stampin’ Up! – whether it’s how their colors of ink, cardstock, and embellishments match or how their stamp sets, framelits, and embossing folders compliment each other. They do an awesome job and these products are no exception!
For this card I reached for one of my 2018 Holiday Catalog favorites that carried over – the Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I started with a Calypso Coral cs cardbase and embossed a second Calypso Coral layer with the Swirls & Curls embossing folder. I used glue to build the card front adding a Garden Impressions 6 x 6 DSP layer to the lower center of the card front.
I snipped a piece of Calypso Coral 3/8″ Satin ribbon to fit across the Garden Impression’s DSP layer (about 3 5/8″). I added Tear & Tape strip adhisive to the back of the ribbon and attached it across the Garden Impressions DSP layer.
I stamped the sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Part of My Story Cling Stamp Set on Whisper White cs in Calypso Coral ink. I then used the Sale-A-Bration Coordination Story Label Punch to punch it out. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the sentiment label to the card front centered on the ribbon.
To Finish the card front I added 5 rhinestones colored with the dark Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend and Wink of Stella to the sentiment heart for sparkle.
Don’t forget to include a Whisper White cs layer inside your card to write your message. I glued a strip of the Garden Impressions DSP to the bottom of the inside Whisper White layer and on the back to carry through the theme.
