I love the watercolor effect of Aqua Painters on the Shimmery White cs. I used the new the 2019 – 2021 In Colors to color the flowers from the Accented Blooms stamp set.
Start with a Granny Apple Green cs card base. Cut a Granny Apple Green cs panel, emboss it with the Country Floral embossing folder, and glue it to the card base.
Cut a Shimmery White cs and Rococo Rose cs panels. Stamp the image from the Accented Blooms stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Shimmery White cs. Use the Aqua Painter to color the flower images with 2019-2021 In Colors inks (Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray, and Purple posy). Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for extra sparkle. Glue the stamped and colored Shimmery White cs layer to the Rococo Rose cs layer.
Stamp the sentiment in Granny Apple Green ink, punch it out with the Tailored Tag punch, and add it to the card front in the sentiment space with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Use glue dots to attach two small pieces of the Scalloped Lace Trim ribbon from under the tag around the image layers. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the image layers to the card front. Use a dark Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend to color rhinestones and add them to the image layers.
Don’t forget to add a Whisper White cs inside panel to write your message. I also stamped and colored a flower from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
