Start with an Orchid Oasis cardstock card base. Cut a Starry Sky cs panel and die cut out the sea scene frame with the Sea dies. Die cut a Basic White cs panel sea scene with the Sea dies for the inside of the frame. Stamp the large seaweed image from the Seas the Day stamp set in 1st & 2nd generation (stamped off) Parakeet Party ink across the bottom of the Basic White cs inside frame. Stamp a fish from the Seas the Day stamp set in Sweet Sorbet ink above the stamped seaweed (* remember these are Distinktive stamps so add ink to the stamp instead of the traditional stamp to ink for the best image). Fit the stamped Basic White cs sea scene inside piece into the Starry Sky cs sea scene frame. Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the Starry Sky cs sea scene frame & gently add glue to the back of the Basic White cs inside sea scene. Then add them to the card front pressing the inside piece to adhere it to the card front – separating the two pieces but keeping them in line with each other.
Die cut Parakeet Party cs seaweed (one large & two small seaweed pieces). Use glue dots and glue to tuck them in between the Starry Sky cs frame and the stamped Basic White cs inside frame to add more dimension. Stamp two fish from the Seas the Day stamp set in Tahitian Tide ink on Basic White cs. Die cut out the fish with the Sea Dies. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the fish to the Basic White cs sea scene inside panel – tucking them in between the sea scene frame panels. Carefully stamp the bubble image above all three fish in Starry Sky ink using the Starry Sky Stampin’ Write Marker (to limit the amount of bubbles). Add Wink of Stella to the fish and the bubbles for sparkle.
Stamp the sentiment from the Seas the Day stamp set with Starry Sky ink (I actually cut my stamp separating the ‘Thanks’ from the rest of the sentiment – but you can use Masking Paper or a sticky note or the Stampin’ Write Marker to only ink the part of the sentiment you want) on Basic White cs. Use your Paper Snips to cut out the sentiment and use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add it to the bottom right corner of the card front.
Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. I stamped the rest of the sentiment from the Seas the Day stamp set in Starry Sky ink. I also stamped the large seaweed image in 1st & 2nd generation (stamped off) Parakeet Party ink across the bottom of the panel (before adding to the card) and the fish with bubbles to the inside & back if the card to pull the theme through.
