I love the gorgeous Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper from the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog. This is my favorite type of scene Designer Series Paper. I find that it is easier to pair with my favorite images than the more photo realistic scene designs. Stampin’ Up! has several of these kinds of Designer Series Paper packs available (Thoughtful Journey DSP and Meandering Meadows DSP). I decided to pick a sketch from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog (page 22) for the layout for my card. I paired the Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper with images from the Warms My Heart stamp set and the sentiment from the Choose Happy stamp set on stitched circles die cut with the Stylish Shapes dies.

Start with a Boho Blue cardstock card base. Cut a Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper panel and glue it to the card base. Cut a Boho Blue cardstock panel layer and another Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper panel. Glue the panels together and then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the panels to the center of the card front.
Die cut two Basic White cardstock stitched circles with the Stylish Shapes. Stamp an image from the Warms My Heart stamp set on each of the stitched circles in Memento Black ink. Color the images with the Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Use glue dots to add the stamped stitched circles to the card front overlapping the center Designer Series Paper panels.
Cut a Basic White cardstock strip and stamp the sentiment from the Choose Happy stamp set in Memento Black. Cut a Boho Blue cardstock sentiment panel layer. Glue the Basic White cardstock sentiment panel to the Boho Blue cardstock sentiment panel layer. Use glue dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment panels on the left side of card front overlapping the stitched circles. Add Gold Textured Adhesive-Backed Dots.
Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Add a strip of Designer Series Paper to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
