Stampin’ Up!® Sweet Stockings DSP Card

Happy International Dog Day!! I love the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog. I couldn’t resist making this fun card by fussing cutting out this puppy wrapped in lights and using a panel of Christmas lights from this fabulous Sweet Stockings DSP with the sentiments from the Evergreen Elegance stamp set to create this card.

Start with an Old Olive cs card base. Dry emboss the front panel of the card base with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. Cut a Sweet Stockings DSP panel and glue it to the card base. Die cut out a Bumblebee cs large label with the Seasonal Labels dies. Die cut out an Old Olive cs large stitched banner with the Stockings dies. Dry emboss the Old Olive cs large stitched banner with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. Glue the Bumblebee cs label into the center of the card front. Attach the embossed Old Olive cs large stitched banner with Stampin’ Dimensionals in the center of the card front overlapping the Bumblebee cs label.

Fussy cut out a puppy from the Sweet Stockings DSP and then glue it slightly off the left side of the embossed Old Olive cs large stitched banner.

Cut a Basic White cs sentiment panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Evergreen Elegance stamp set in Memento Black ink on the Basic White cs panel. Use glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment panel to the card front overlapping the fussy cut puppy, embossed Old Olive cs large stitched banner, Bumblebee label, and DSP panel. Use the Dark Real Red Stampin Blend to color rhinestones and add them to the card front.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from Evergreen Elegance stamp set in Memento Black ink on the inside panel. Also add a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
