Stampin’ Up!® Hello Donkey Blooms Card

The first month of Sale-A-Bration is half over already! I love Sale-A-Bration because you can choose exclusive products for Free with every $50 & $100 order (before tax & ship) and with all the fabulous new January- June 2021 Mini Catalog products that’s incredibly easy to do. I have a lovely card made with the Sale-A-Bration Darling Donkeys stamp set & Paper Blooms DSP.

Start with a Seaside Spray cs card base. Cut a Night of Navy cs panel & a Paper Blooms DSP panel and glue them together. Wrap the panel with the Blushing Bride Metallic ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends to the back of the panel and then glue the wrapped panel to the card base.

Die cut out a Vellum cs scalloped oval and a Basic White cs oval with the Layering Ovals dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Touch of Ink stamp set in Night of Navy ink on the top left of the Basic White cs oval. Stamp the donkey from the Sale-A-Bration Darling Donkeys stamp set in Early Espresso ink on the Basic White cs oval. Color the donkey with the Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the donkey’s nose, eyes, and ears for sparkle.

Glue the stamped & colored Basic White cs oval to the Vellum cs scalloped oval. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the ovals to the card front centered over the wrapped ribbon.

Punch six Seaside Spray cs flowers with the Small Bloom Punch. Use your Bone Folder to curl the flower petals and then create three flowers by adding two flowers together with Mini Glue Dots. Die cut three Night of Navy cs leaves with the Fabulous Florals dies. Use glue dots to add the flowers and leaves around the ovals. Add Artistry Blooms Sequins to the flower centers. Tie a small bow with the Blushing Bride Metallic ribbon and use glue dots to add the bow to the bottom left side of the ovals.

Don’t forget to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. I also added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
